The terms that apply when you use this website, order products from us or book a service.

This website is run by MO’S Detailing, a car detailing studio at Plot-2541, Sayeed Nagar, Madani Avenue, 100 Feet Road, Vatara, Dhaka-1229.

Using this website
By ordering from this website or booking through it, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
Please give accurate details when you order or book, so that we can reach you and deliver to you.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (৳). Where a product is on sale, the regular price is shown struck through next to the price you pay.
We show whether each product is in stock. A product marked “Sold out” cannot be ordered through the checkout. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you.
To be confirmedWhether prices include VAT, and what happens when an ordered product is unavailable or was priced in error (refund, replacement or wait).
Ordering
You can order through the checkout on this website, or by sending us your order on WhatsApp. You do not need an account to order.
After an online payment you are shown a confirmation page with your order number. Please keep that number: it is how we find your order.
To be confirmedThe point at which an order is accepted and becomes binding, and when we may cancel one.
Payment
Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz, where you can pay by card, mobile banking or internet banking. You enter your payment details on their secure page; we do not see or store your card details.
The total you are asked to pay is shown before you pay.
To be confirmedWhether cash on delivery or payment at the studio is offered, and any conditions on it.
Delivery and pickup
Orders can be collected from our studio by arrangement.
Proposed, awaiting approvalDelivery time: within 5 days inside Dhaka and within 10 days outside Dhaka.
To be confirmedThe areas we deliver to, what delivery costs inside and outside Dhaka, and who is responsible for the goods in transit.
Returns and refunds

Detailing services and bookings
The studio works by appointment. A booking made through this website is a request: we contact you to confirm the date and time.
We do not list service prices on the website. The price depends on the vehicle and its condition: we give you an estimate after inspecting the car, and agree the price with you before work begins.
To be confirmedDeposits, cancellation and rescheduling terms, any warranty on PPF, ceramic coating or other work, and responsibility for vehicles and belongings left at the studio.
Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Our liability
To be confirmedThe limits on our liability and the law that governs these terms. This section needs wording approved by the business, ideally with legal advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies when you place your order.
