- When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, any note you add, and what you ordered.
- When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number, a password (stored in a scrambled form we cannot read), and any addresses you save.
- When you book a service or message us: the details you give us, such as your name, phone number and area.
Why we collect it
To take and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to confirm bookings, to keep a record of your orders in your account, and to deal with returns and refunds.
When you place an order you tick a box to say you agree to this policy. That is how you give us your consent to use your details in this way.

Payment security
Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz. You enter your card or mobile banking details on their secure page, not on our website, so we never see or store them. We receive only the result of the payment and a reference for it.
The connection between your browser and this website, and between you and SSLCommerz, is encrypted (the address starts with “https”).
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website keeps a small amount of information in your browser so that it works:
- the contents of your cart, so it is still there when you come back;
- your sign-in, if you have an account, so you stay signed in between visits.
We do not show third-party advertisements, use advertising cookies or sell information to advertisers. SSLCommerz may set its own cookies on its payment page.

Only the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
- SSLCommerz, to process your payment;
- the companies that host this website and its database;
- WhatsApp, if you choose to send us your order or a message there.
